Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for highly visible VTC operations and troubleshooting efforts.
- Ensure the customers conferences are monitored and respond and find a solution to conference interruptions as soon as possible
- Provide customer insight into their network through monitoring and performance management.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in mission critical network.
- Support for all daily operation and maintenance of the audiovisual
- Administrator for Microsoft TEAMS Live events for Auditorium events.
- Experience of installation and integration of high-end audio video systems including A/V racks, Smart screens, VTC systems, Video walls, Touch screens, Smart wall plates, and Cat 6A cabling.
- Experience in upgrading existing conference room to current infrastructure Systems.
- Demonstrate ability of strong communication (e.g. written) and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of related professional experience
- Experience with supporting videoconferencing (VTC) and collaborative A/V efforts using MS Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, power point, Excel and Visio
- Experience and knowledgeable on troubleshooting and routing Video Wall display
- Knowledge of field Audio Sound PA System environment support
- Familiarity with Cisco/Polycom IP VTC systems endpoints, AMX, Extron, Crestron, and Cisco control systems and switches
- Demonstrate ability of strong communication (e.g. written) and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas
