Title: Systems Engineer II (Active Secret Clearance)
Location: Tucson, AZ (Relocation Available)
Clearance: Active Secret or higher required
Overview:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer II to support high-priority defense programs focused on advanced weapons systems. This role will support system integration, requirements development, and validation activities in a fast-paced production and engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support system-level requirements development and traceability
• Participate in system integration, verification, and validation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (EE, ME, Software)
• Analyze system performance and support issue resolution
• Contribute to design reviews and technical documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3 –7 years of systems engineering experience
• Experience with requirements tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar)
• Background in defense, aerospace, or complex systems preferred
• Interim Secret clearance required
