Overview:
Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support high-volume production and automation initiatives for advanced defense systems. This role is critical to scaling manufacturing operations and improving efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Support production line setup and process development
• Identify and implement process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma)
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve throughput
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.)
• 3–7 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-volume manufacturing preferred
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience a plus
• Active Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain
