Clearance Required: Secret (Interim acceptable)

We’re looking for a Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer - Senior who enjoys working on complex, high-impact systems and collaborating across engineering teams.

This role supports advanced defense and aerospace systems, focusing on mission-critical technologies used in real-world operational environments.

In this role, you’ll contribute across the full system lifecycle—from concept and design through integration, testing, and production support.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop system solutions
- Support system integration, testing, and validation activities
- Work with models, simulations, prototypes, and hardware/software systems
- Identify risks and support technical decision-making
- Help improve system performance, reliability, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications: - Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years’ prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 5 years of experience. - Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments. - Experience with design, development and/or integration of test equipment. - Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance (not interim) is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
