Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Poly (must be active)

We’re looking for a Principal Database Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role supports database operations, system sustainment, and data reliability for secure, mission-critical environments.

In this role, you’ll contribute across the engineering lifecycle—from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.

What You’ll Do:
- Support database operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Respond to database-related work requests and integration needs
- Maintain schema, design, and support documentation
- Partner with system maintainers and engineering teams
- Help improve reliability, performance, and operational readiness

What We’re Looking For:
- Respond to all database related work requests, including working with system maintainers, system engineering analysis, and integration efforts
- Maintain and update design and database schema documentation. The work environment fluctuates between routine and urgent, depending on ongoing tasks, priorities, and performance of assigned systems
