We’re looking for a Mid-Level Electrical Production Support Engineer (Integration) who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment.
In this role, you’ll contribute across the engineering lifecycle—from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead cross-functional engineering activities from planning through execution
- Coordinate with program, finance, planning, and technical stakeholders
- Track schedule, budget, risks, and engineering performance
- Support proposals, planning, reviews, and program reporting
- Help teams stay aligned and remove barriers to execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of five (5) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test
- Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools including but not limited to: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
- Experience with commonly used test equipment including but not limited to: Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters
- Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics
- Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard
