Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Systems Consultant to lead the assessment, configuration, and optimization of CREO and Windchill environments. This role involves conducting detailed needs analysis, documenting baseline system configurations, defining user roles and access controls, and implementing workflows aligned with organizational standards. The consultant will develop integration plans for seamless interfacing with enterprise systems, establish an end-user support framework, and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation. Additionally, the role includes creating a performance monitoring plan to ensure long-term system efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the CREO and Windchill environment to identify system health, performance benchmarks, and optimization needs.
  • Document baseline system installation, server configurations, licensing, and user role assignments while establishing configuration guidelines.
  • Define and implement user roles, permissions, and access levels in compliance with security policies, and create an access control matrix.
  • Develop and execute an integration plan to ensure seamless interfacing of CREO and Windchill with other enterprise systems, including ERP and document management.
  • Establish an end-user support framework, including helpdesk processes, escalation procedures, and SLAs for system-related issues.
  • Design and deliver training programs, user guides, and performance monitoring plans to ensure successful adoption and continuous system optimization.
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in implementing and managing PTC CREO and Windchill environments, including system installation and configuration.
Strong understanding of CAD and PLM systems, with expertise in user role management, access controls, and security protocols.
Demonstrated ability to design and document system workflows, lifecycle configurations, and integration plans with enterprise systems such as ERP.
Proficiency in creating training materials, user documentation, and conducting end-user workshops.
Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in performance monitoring, issue resolution, and providing ongoing system support.
Familiarity with industry best practices for data access, compliance, and IT security standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
10+ years of experience in implementing and managing PTC CREO and Windchill environments, including system installation and configuration.
Proven track record working in a start-up environment with minimal supervision and requirements.
Ability to work across multiple management levels and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
